1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Acoachy's website (acoachy.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Acoachy, operated by MetaCodeLab.

2. Our Services

Acoachy provides an online platform for live mock interview sessions with real human interviewers via Google Meet. The ₹299 Complete Package includes:

4. Booking Rules

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• Confirmation is sent within 2–4 hours via WhatsApp/SMS.
• You must join Google Meet within 10 minutes of scheduled time.
• Rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.
• Maximum 2 rescheduling requests allowed per booking.
• No-shows are forfeited and non-refundable.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Record or distribute interview sessions without written consent.
• Use abusive or inappropriate language with interviewers.
• Share false information in your booking form.
• Attempt to contact interviewers outside the Acoachy platform.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. The package is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within the validity period are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Acoachy — website design, logo, text, graphics, and interview materials — is the intellectual property of Acoachy / MetaCodeLab and is protected under Indian copyright laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, India.
