Refund & Cancellation Policy for Interview Candidates

We believe in full transparency. Here's exactly what you're entitled to if your plans change.

Refund Rules by Plan

Each plan has its own validity and session count. Refunds are calculated based on unused sessions.

Refund: Cancel 24+ hrs before → 100% back.
12–24 hrs → 50% back.
Under 12 hrs or used → No refund.

Refund: Unused sessions refunded pro-rata within 60-day validity.
Example: Used 1 of 3 → refund for 2 sessions at proportional value.

10 Mock Interview Sessions
Refund: Unused sessions refunded pro-rata within 90-day validity.
Example: Used 3 of 10 → refund for remaining 7 at proportional value.
📌 Pro-rata refund explained: If you purchased the ₹299 Pro plan and used 1 session out of 3, your refund = (2/3) × ₹299 ≈ ₹199. Similarly for the ₹999 Elite plan, if you used 3 of 10 sessions, refund = (7/10) × ₹999 ≈ ₹699. Sessions must be within validity period.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

The following applies per individual session booking across all plans.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-show — you did not join the Google Meet session
  • Late cancellation (under 12 hours before interview)
  • Session already completed
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with feedback quality
  • Expired sessions — beyond plan validity period
  • Account terminated due to Terms of Use violation

How to Request a Refund

    Contact us within 48 hours

    Send a WhatsApp message or email to acoachyofficial@gmail.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation.

    Provide your booking information

    Share your registered mobile number, booking date/time, plan name, and number of sessions used.

  • 3

    Verification

    We verify your booking, check sessions used vs. unused, and confirm refund eligibility within 24 hours.

  • 4

    Refund processed

    Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI / card / net banking) within 5–7 business days.

💳 Refund Method: All refunds will be credited to the original payment method — UPI to same UPI ID, card to same card, net banking to same account. We do not process refunds via cash or alternate accounts.
