Coach Terms of Service

Welcome to Acoachy. By registering as a Coach on our platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Verification

To become a coach, you must provide accurate information regarding your professional background and LinkedIn profile. Acoachy reserves the right to approve or reject any application based on internal quality standards.

2. Professional Conduct

• Coaches must maintain a professional and respectful attitude during all sessions.
• Sharing personal contact information (Mobile, Personal Email, etc.) with candidates is strictly prohibited.
• Sessions must start and end on time as scheduled.

3. Earnings & Payouts

Your earnings are calculated based on the number of successfully completed and verified sessions. Currently, the payout is ₹70 per 30-minute session.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you must inform the candidate or cancel through the dashboard at least 2 hours in advance. Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to account suspension.

5. Data Privacy

Acoachy protects your sensitive data (like bank details). However, you agree that your professional name and designation will be visible to candidates for booking purposes.

6. Account Termination

Acoachy reserves the right to terminate or suspend any coach account without prior notice if found violating platform policies, providing false information, or receiving multiple negative feedbacks from candidates.
